The IRGC contestants scored a total of 2030 points in the competition.
The Police Force was the runner-up with 1190 points and the Army came third with 960 points.
Winners of different categories were named and awarded at the closing ceremony on Monday.
It was attended by a number of religious and military officials, including Hojat-ol-Islam Saeedi who heads the Ideo-Political Organization of the Office of the Armed Forces’ Commander-in-Chief.
The competition was held in several categories, including memorization and recitation of the Quran, Quranic concepts and Adhan (call to prayer).
There were six teams of arbiters consisting of a total of 30 Quran experts judging the performances in the final round.
The top winners in the recitation and memorization categories made it to Iran’s national Quran competition.
