“Islamic Teaching and Training” Forum Held in India
A scientific forum on “Islamic teaching and training” was held on December 11 by the Institute of Education and Training in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh State of India.
The scientific forum was held aiming to disseminate and promote Islamic culture in the city.
The program began with Quran recitation by Mahfuz Al-Hassan, eminent Qari of the region and continued with speeches by Abdul Ra’uf, well known Indian preacher.
Also addressing the forum, Sharafuddin and Mushtaq Amer talked about Islamic education and a number of seminary students discussed their educational programs and activities at the forum.
An exhibition of Islamic books was also held on the sidelines of the program.
