Al-Mustafa Int'l University to Hold Quarn Conference
--Al-Mustafa International University plans to hold a Quran and Hadith conference for the families of its staff on February 29 in the holy city of Qom.
Head of Imam Khomeini Higher Education Complex’s Quran and Hadith Department, Abd-ol-Reza Sharifi told IQNA in an interview that the function will be held at the premises of the center.
He added that the opening ceremony of the event is expected to be addressed by Hojat-ol-Islam Alireza A’rafi, rector of the Al- Mustafa International University and also a member of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.
Plans are also underway for holding recitation and memorization competition on the sideline of the function.
It will be held with the aim of promoting the culture of learning Quran among the families of the university.
Some 250 non-Iranian seminary students will be present at the conference as well.
