Bethlehem to Host Int’l Gathering on Quds
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Dar al-Kalima University College of Arts and Culture in Bethlehem will host a gathering of scholars and thinkers on the issue of Quds (Jerusalem) later this week.
According to Maan news agency, “Quds and Its Religious, National, and International Aspects” is the theme of the event.
It will be held on November 23-24 with the participation of university scholars and experts from different countries.
According to Matri al-Rahib, dean of the college, it is an opportunity to promote the status of the holy city in different areas.
He said this conference, whose 16th edition is going to be held this year, is ever more important in the current situation given the US decision to relocate its embassy to Quds.
Despite international oppositions, the United States moved its embassy in occupied Palestine from Tel Aviv to Quds in May.
