Students Urged to Be Role Models on God’s Path

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said the conduct of members of Islamic students associations should be such that it attracts others to the path of God.

Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei in a message to the 51^st annual gathering of the Union of Islamic Students Associations in Europe (UISAE) stressed that expectations from members of the union are higher than other students.

The message said that these students are expected to not only improve themselves in scientific, religious and moral fields but also act and speak in a manner that will add to the number of those who follow the path of God.

The Leader added that it is the duty of everyone during an asymmetric war launched by the front of Kufr and hegemonic system against pure Islam to promote Islamic teachings and the Straight Path of God.

The Union of Islamic Students Associations in Europe is an independent students institution founded in 1966.
